Open Positions

Position SAP Senior Consultant (Japanese nationality)
Role Overview You will lead implementation consulting for SAP ERP new implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects.
You will accurately understand RFPs and lead proposal activities for SAP projects.
At the proposal stage, you will examine optimal solutions and provide support tailored to client needs through Fit & Gap analysis.
Employment Type Full-time
Working Hours Standard hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
Flextime system available
Work Location Shinagawa Center Building, 3-23-17 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0074, Japan
Salary Determined based on our company regulations, considering experience and ability, in alignment with our internal salary structure.
Expected annual income: JPY 10,000,000 (12 months of monthly salary + bi-annual bonus)
Monthly salary: approx. JPY 714,286 (with bi-annual bonus paid separately)
Experience / Education
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP new implementation, development, or upgrade projects.
  • Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and project members, identify and resolve issues early, and drive projects forward smoothly.
  • SAP certified consultant qualifications (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.) are welcome.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation is highly welcomed.
  • University graduate or higher.
  • Language skills are not required. Business-level English or conversational Chinese (Mandarin) is welcomed.
Salary Increase / Bonus Salary increase: once a year (August)
Bonus: twice a year (July and December)
